    Bisher erfolgt die Einarbeitung und Unterweisung durch die Objektleiter. Dies kostet viel Zeit, die der Objektleiter an anderer Stelle sinnvoller einsetzen könnte. Darüber hinaus werden häufig Themen und Inhalte vergessen oder falsch vermittelt.

    Im Nachfolgenden Beispiel gelten folgende Annahmen:
    - Schulungsdauer 1 Std.
    - Hin- und Rückfahrt zum Objekt je 15 Min. (die Fahrtkosten bleiben unberücksichtigt).
    - Stundenlohn RK = 14,74 Euro / Objektleiter = 20,00 Euro (jeweils inkl. AG Anteil SV)

    Kosten Objektleiter pro Stunde: 20,- Euro (inkl. AG Anteil SV)
    Kosten Reinigungskraft pro Stunde: 14,74 Euro (inkl. AG Anteil SV)
    Gesamtkosten Objektleiterschulung pro Stunde = 34,74 Euro
